About 4 months ago, I received a free web hosting offer from WP WebHost, a web hosting company. However, I was not quite sure which website that I need to transfer in. I leave the offer until the last minute, brainstorming what I should do with the offer. Then, I decided to run a side project with my friend in London. That is how LENSA.CO.UK being initiated. You can check out our website at http://lensa.co.uk/ or join the flickr group.
Here’s what I thought about WP WebHost which I believe you might want to sign up for it now or in future time.
After 3 months using WP WebHost, I am really satisfied with the service that they provide for me. Despite having it for free, the services are excellent. I am pround to say that we’ve put WP WebHost to the test.
We had few issues in the beginning and what I did is to send them an email regarding my problem. Within few hours, they replied with instructions on what to do. Within 24 hours, the problem solved.
In the banner (below) you can see their tag line, “Made for WordPress” and indeed they are. They know inside out about the WordPress, a blogging tool and publishing platform. You can ask them anything about WordPress and they will be happy to answer your questions. In fact, I even made them to backup my website database and upgrade my WordPress platform by sending an email. That is how reliable they are.
So, if you are looking for a web hosting service which allow you to update your website frequently, WP WebHost is what you are looking for. All you need to do is send them an email and they will do the rest of the job. Give it a try and you’ll be grateful to have them hosting your website.

When we signed up with WP Webhost, we did so expecting that the service would be at least reliable, but it is FAR from that. We signed up yesterday and have already experienced problems with their “suppport”, not including the long wait (hours) between email requests for assistance. After I paid via paypal, we received their first email that was suppose to contain info to set-up our account–they only included about 35% of the set-up info and we had to email them for the rest of the information: it took them ’til the next day (this afternoon) to send the information, but only AFTER we sent them ANOTHER email explaining to them that they left out necessary info for us to set-up our account.
Unlike other WP hosters, they do not have live chat, so you are basically stuck with an issue if they don’t decide to reply to your email for assistance. We do NOT recommend this hosting provider.
We will return to hosting our site on our own server until we can locate another hosting provider. Already we have had to send multiple requests to WP Web Hosting support that has only been responded to when Iwe request account cancellation info. We have canceled the account. And we don’t recommend anyone use their services, at least until they are able to provide customer support.
i want that too! wpwebhost! i want it, i want it too! exabytes are getting nuts these days. T_T
David and Sophia,
We are very sorry if things did not work out for you.
We have responded to every single questions and request of yours. We even offered to do it on your behalf on configuring the add-on domain name as well as uploading and activating WordPress themes, but getting no response from your end.
Anyway, thanks for giving a try and good luck on your next hosting company.
