Lately, WooThemes organized a t-shirt design contest. I’m quite boring last night (despite not feeling night) and I took the chance to scribble down few ideas. I have made few changes on my design and I finally came to the conclusion that I am going to combine 3 elements in my design – WordPress, Twitter and WooThemes.
Below are two similar design that I have produced last night. I’ve submitted both design just in case they didn’t accept the WPTWITWOOT which have the modified WordPress logo on the design.
Why WordPress?
WordPress has been revolutionized from being a blogging platform to become a publishing platform that is robust enough to let designers and developers focus on the aesthetics, web standards, and usability of a website. There are so many designers, developers (plug-ins) and supporters of WordPress and the community is growing day by day.
Why Twitter?
Tweet… tweet… What is twitter? It’s a micro-blogging platform that let you update your status (like the Facebook status). It’s not to say everyone would like to know what you are doing, but sometimes it is quite useful (I even get a free haircut by using twitter). Chris Pirillo said that, “If you hate twitter, it’s like you hate the cloud. They never do anything to you but you still hate them.” If you are on twitter, you can follow me on twitter – @mohdrafie.
Why WooThemes?
WooThemes is a place where you can find the cutting edge WordPress template. Well, you might just want to check out their themes because I can bet that you are going to love them! just transferred this design competition to 99designs and I will not let my ‘bird’ fly there. I might sell this design though. For more info, please contact me.
