Few months back I’ve started my 10 – 20 push ups everyday, though lately not as discipline as I’m used to. Few minutes back, Jacob Cass tweeted about the @100pushups. So, I guess I will commit with this program this time!
What to do?
- Read about why you should do push ups?
- Decide whether you wish to commit or abandon the program
- Read and proceed with the Initial test (perhaps tomorrow morning/afternoon)
Six (6) Week Program
Now you are ready to start the 100 push ups challenge. Remember it’s all about discipline. All you need is around 30 minutes a day!
I don’t believe it!
Initially, I don’t believe it too. But someone just finished the 100 push ups an hour ago. I will let you know my progress every week (at least via my twitter account). Wish me luck!
