One hundred (100) Push Ups Challenge – I’m in!

Few months back I’ve started my 10 – 20 push ups everyday, though lately not as discipline as I’m used to. Few minutes back, Jacob Cass tweeted about the @100pushups. So, I guess I will commit with this program this time!

What to do?

  1. Read about why you should do push ups?
  2. Decide whether you wish to commit or abandon the program
  3. Read and proceed with the Initial test (perhaps tomorrow morning/afternoon)

Six (6) Week Program

Now you are ready to start the 100 push ups challenge. Remember it’s all about discipline. All you need is around 30 minutes a day!

I don’t believe it!

Initially, I don’t believe it too. But someone just finished the 100 push ups an hour ago. I will let you know my progress every week (at least via my twitter account). Wish me luck!
