It is the month of Ramadhan and I am loving it. Few days back, I helped my mom to prepare some food for Iftar. As usual, the most important ingredient when cooking is salt (we don’t use much of pepper in Malaysia, unlike UK). Mom took her portion of salt and I reduce to half of it. [...]
