I need time!

In my recent conversation on twitter:

@iwani: banyaknye stuffs nak buat, pening ah! (Plenty of stuff to finish, headache!)

@mohdrafie: @iwani need help? support?
@iwani: @mohdrafie need time

In which I later replied:

I like the concept of time. You have 24 hours a day. With a team of three, you get 72 hours. That’s how you get more time.

And she replied:

When you have to work in stages amongst team, and there is a limited amount of time. How?

Which I believe we brought us back to square one. Team can either be vertical or horizontal. If there are stages while you have more work, in my opinion, I believe you should expand vertically.

Or are we just wishing for the wrong things? Shouldn’t we ask for more people rather than more time?

I let you to decide.
